Creating these brand new tracks has been my great labour of love during 2020. I have been working tirelessly (remotely) with, top played legendary London producer and song writer, ‘HUMN’ – credits both at home and internationally! These custom produced Ibiza summer vibes tracks are my favorite collaboration to date!

These soul and pop classics have been lovingly re-imagined into that summer poolside, ibiza soft house, chill out style. I designed this 90-120mins specifically for wedding drinks receptions, to be perfectly paired with Prosecco and canapés.

Travel Note
‘The 3 Day Booking’
The first thing that I would like to explain is that my team and I will always travel to a destination the day before we are due to perform. This is mainly to minimise the risk of travel delays or complications outside of my control that would adversly affect your wedding. I.e. the unlikely event of strikes or extreme delays etc. Also being there early allows for a better assessment of the venue, logistics and timings of your special day.
Abroad bookings therefore are 3 Day Bookings. Arrival Day, Performance Day, Depature Day.
I have travelled on the same day before and been held up on the tarmac for 5 hours… Hoping that I would arrive in time and by pure luck, arriving almost exactly in time to start playing. I wish to avoid this scary scenario at all costs, hence my policy to always travel the day prior to your wedding.
Due to the ‘3 Day Booking’ policy as mentioned above. The abroad packages are subject to fee increases to cover the days either side as my team and I would be declining work on the travel days. i.e. the day before your wedding and the day after you wedding. (The abroad packages on my website have taken this into acount and will clearly state the percentage increases within the package details for the days you’re intersted in.)
Note: If you really do want us to fly out on the same day, e.g. your wedding is on a Sunday and we are already booked on the Saturday… It is possible for us to fly Sunday morning and perform that Evening.. BUT… you must be aware and accept that there is a larger risk involved with same day travel. This would reduce the overall cost for you, but increase your overall risk of delays affecting your wedding entertainment arriving on time to perform etc.

Abroad is a 3 Day Booking
When you book makes a difference
Monday to Wednesday = +40%
Tuesday to Thursday = +45%
Wednesday to Friday = +50%
Thursday to Saturday = +60%
Friday to Sunday = +60%
So… this ‘All Day Ultimate Package’ The very best that I have to offer and with my whole team; 5 persons.

The quote for the abroad package is calculated: e.g. The UK ‘Ultimate Package’ fee £7800 + (3 Day %) = Performance Total. Then add the travel costs.
For example:
Usual Fee £7800 + 60% (Saturday Wedding) = £12,480… + Travel Costs.
Only or VERY Rare occasions would we consider flying out on the same day as a wedding as their is much more risk of travel complications and therefore disruption for your wedding. This would need to be discussed and made sure that you accept the possible risks that come with a ‘Same-Day Flight & Performance’.
I would always advise the ‘3-Day Booking’ as it allows more room to combat possible travel complications/delays/issues.
Travel Costs
Travel Estimate Guide
This is a rough guide to the travel costs incurred with Destination Wedding Entertainment based upon my experience with previous weddings abroad.
Once agreed, The ‘Travel Costs Invoice’ would need to be paid along with the deposit invoice so that I can book all of the travel as soon as possible. This is to minimise the risk of the prices going up, as they would be subject to change that is out of my control, e.g. RyanAir up their flight cost and I have to re-invoice you etc.
Example Travel Costs
Flights:
Return Ticket, Cost Per Person = £ ?

Baggage:
1 Hold Suitcase Per Person, mixture of clothes & instrument accessories.
Return Cost usually around £60

Instrument Carriage:
Instrument Carriage is usually around £100 for a return flight.

Transfers / Rental Car:
£150-250, Rough estimate based on previous destination weddings.
This can be done one of two ways:
I can hire a car from a reputable car company such as ‘Europcar’. For the standard 3 day Period.
2) You / Your wedding planner book in required transfers. £?
Usually, I would advise the Rental Car option.
My reasoning is that if I am not a guest at the Wedding Venue then there would be multiple small journeys between the Venue and my accommodation to take into account also.

Accommodation:
Two nights: The night before your wedding and the night of your wedding.
1) At Wedding Venue – This option, If possible is always the most convenient and flexible.
2) A Nearby Hotel / Nice Air Bn’B etc
If your planner will be booking the accommodation I would need them to send me the links to the accommodation so that I could agree it with them prior to them booking it, as I have had some interesting past experiences.
