  • The In-Between Soirée (After Dinner Drinks)

    I have Coined this section of the day as: "The In-Between Soirée"... This is after your meal, whilst your venue 'Turns the room around'. So between your meal and your evening party starting. Usually lasts roughly 45mins to 60mins.

  • This is important as evening entertainment would usually load in and set up during this 'Turn Around' of the room i.e. when the venue remove some dinner tables and dress the room for the evening. Most commonly, roughly around 18:30-19:30.

  • Evening - General Notes

    This will be the absolute finish time. No music can or will be played after this time in accordance with the Venues license. Our standard finish time is latest; Midnight unless otherwise agreed prior to your wedding day. The only exception to this is if a Venue tells us to finish earlier, say 23:45 for example. (Extending music after midnight comes with an additional 'Late Finish' cost, starting at £500. Please discuss this with me.)
  • Venues have an absolute cut-off time. This song will be the very last song of the evening. - My Suggestion is: Never Forget by Take That. - Usually goes down well!
